Ingredients:
Coconut 1/2
Green chilly 2
Ginger 1″
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Kadipatta 4 leaves
Red chilly 1-2
Oil 1 tsp
Salt
How to make Coconut Chutney:
Grate coconut and add green chilly,ginger and salt.
Grind in a mixture to make a fine paste with little water.
In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds,broken red chilly and kadipatta and stir till the mustard seeds crackle.
Pour grind paste in the pan and mix well.

Ingredients:
Banana 4-5
Wheat flour 1/2 kg
Jaggery 1&1/2 cup
Elaichi powder 1 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Oil
How to make Banana Puri:
In a kadai take 1 tsp ghee and add grated jaggery.
Mash banana finely.
When jaggery melt add remaining hot ghee,mashed banana,wheat flour and elaichi powder.
Make dough with little water if necessary.
Make small puris and fry in oil.

Ingredients:
Cooked rice 4 cups
Curd (dahi) 1/2 kg
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Kadipatta 6-8
Hing 1/2 tsp
Whole red chilly 4
Green chilly 2
Urad dal 1 tsp
Chana dal 1 tsp
Oil 4 tsp
Salt
How to make Dahi Chawal:
In a kadai heat oil and put mustard seeds,cumin seeds, kadipatta,red chilly,green chilly, urad dal and chana dal.
Fry dal till the colour becomes light brown.
Beat the curd without adding water.
Now pour the curd in kadai with hing and salt.
Lastly add rice and mix it for 2-3 min on low flame.
Remove in the serving plate and decorate with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
Besan 1/4 kg
Drumsticks 2
Onion 4
Ginger 1″
Green chilly 2
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Oil
Salt
How to make zhunka:
In a big bowl take besan,red chilly powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powderand salt.Add water and make thick batter.
Chop onion,ginger and green chilly finely.
Peel drumstick and cut into pieces.
In a kadai heat oil and put mustard seeds and cumin seeds,when they crackle put chopped onion,ginger and green chilly.
Fry it for 2-3 min.then add drumsticks pieces.again fry for 2-3 min.
Now pour the batter and stir finely.add chopped coriander leaves.
Cover and cook till done on low flame.
You can cook in pressure cooker also.(2 whistles)
Enjoy with chapati or bhakari.

Ingredients:
Rice flour 3 cups
Warm water
Salt
How to make rice bhakari:
In a big dish take rice flour add salt and make soft dough by using warm water.
Divide into 4 portions and form them into round balls.
.In a dish spread rice flour and take one ball and flatten with your palm into a thin bhakari.(need practice)
Place bhakari on hot tawa and suddenly apply little water every where on the top side of the bhakari.
When water evaporated turn it over and cook the other side.
Turn again and cook first side for a min.
Rice bhakari is ready to eat with any sabji or chutney.

Ingredients:
Sprouted vaal 1/4 kg
Onion 2
Coconut 1 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Kokum 2-3
Salt
Oil
How to make vaalache bhirde:
Remove skin of sprouted vaal. wash and cook in a pressure cooker.(5 whistles)
Chop onion and coriander leaves.
Grate coconut and make fine paste in a mixture by using water.
In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
Then add onion and fry till golden.
Now add asafoetida,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt.
Now pour cooked vaal and mix well.
When it starts boiling add coconut paste,sugar and kokum.
Remove from the gas after 2-3 min.
Vaalache bhirde is ready.enjoy with chapati or bhakari.

Ingredients:
Raw rice 2 cups
Urad dal 1/2 cup
Onion 2
Green chilly 2
Soda bi carb 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Kaju (crushed) 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
How to make appe:
Soak rice and dal in water seperately for 4-5 hours.
Grind in a mixture and make a batter.keep aside for 4 hours.
Cut onions,green chillies and coriander leaves.
Add all ingredients in a batter and mix well.
Heat and grease appe mould and pour spoonful batter in it.
Cover the vessel and cook for 2-3 min on low flame.
Turn the appe and again cook for 2-3 min.
Appe should be golden brown.

Ingredients:
Maida 500 gms
Powder sugar 250 gms
Dalda or ghee 250 gms
Elaichi powder 2 tsp
Kaju
How to make nankatai biscuits:
In a big bowl take ghee and beat it.
Add powder sugar and mix it properly.
Now make proper dough by adding maida spoon by spoon.
Lastly add elaichi powder.
Make small balls and flatten them.
Place half kaju on the top.
Bake in oven for 15-20 min till golden brown.

Ingredients:
Methi seeds 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 1 kg
Ghee 200 gm
Sugar (powder) 1 kg
Dry fruits(optional)
Elaichi powder 1 tsp
How to make methi laddu:
Fry methi seeds for 2-3 min on low flame without oil.
Make powder in a mixture.
In a pan heat ghee and fry wheat flour on a low flame till golden brown.
Remove from pan and allow to cool.
Add methi powder,sugar powder,chopped dry fruits and elaichi powder.
Mix well and make small small laddus.

Ingredients:
Sabudana 2 cups
Potato 4-5
Peanuts 1 cup
Green chilly 2-3
Jeera powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
How to make sabudana vada:
Wash sabudana and soak in water for atleast 4-5 hrs.
Boil potato in a pressure cooker.
Fry peanuts, remove skin and crush it.
Drain sabudana add mashed potato,crushed peanuts,finely chopped green chilly,jeera powder,chopped coriander leaves and salt.
Mix finely. make balls and press them little and fry in oil till golden brown.
Enjoy with green chutney, or tomato ketchup.
