Malvani chicken

Ingredients:

Deshi chicken                 1 kg
Onion                                  4
Coconut                              1
Malvani masala               4 tsp
Turmeric powder            1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Dry coconut grated          2 tbsp
Rice                                   1 tsp
Ginger                               2 inch
Garlic cloves                      6-8
Green chilly                         2
Coriander leaves            1 tbsp
Oil                                      2 tbsp
Salt
How to make malvani chicken:

First make paste of ginger, garlic and green chilly.
Clean chicken and marinate with malvani masala,turmeric powder,and grind paste.keep aside for 30 min.
Cut 2 onions in slices and 2 in fine pieces.
Grate coconut.
In a kadai heat 1 tbsp oil and fry onion slices till brown.
Then add grated coconut and fry it till dark brown.add rice and dry coconut in it and mix well.
Make paste in mixture with sufficient water.
In a pan heat oil and fry the chicken till light brown.
Cover the pan for 4-5 min.on low flame.add little water.
Allow to cook. then add salt.
Lastly pour grind coconut paste with garam masala powder.
Malvani chicken is ready.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

Egg curry

Ingredients:

Eggs                                     2
Boiled eggs                         4
Onion                                   4
Tomato                                2
Grated coconut                 1/2
Red chilly powder           2 tsp
Turmeric powder            1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil                                      1 tbsp
How to make Egg curry:

Cut 2 onions in slices and fry in oil till golden.then add grated coconut and also fry it till golden.
Grind the above masala in mixture with sufficient water.
Now cut remaining 2 onions and tomatoes into fine pieces.
Remove the skin of boiled eggs and give small cut to eggs.keep aside.
In a pan heat oil then add chopped onion and fry it till transperent.
Then add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powderand salt.
Add tomato pieces and again fry for 2-3 min.
Add grind masala and mix well.
When it starts boiling break 2 eggs in a pan.do not stir.
Keep on low flame for 3-4 min.
Lastly add boiled eggs and allow to boil again.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

Bread Omlet

Ingredients:
Bread slices            4
Eggs                         2
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder    1/4 tsp
Salt
Oil
How to make Bread Omlet:

Beat eggs in a bowl and add turmeric powder,pepper powder and salt.
Mix well.and keep aside.
In a dish take some portion of egg batter.
Heat oil in a pan. deep one slice of bread in egg batter both side and fry as like a omlet.
Make all slices one by one.
Bread omlet is ready.
Enjoy with tomato ketchup.

Mutton Sukha

Ingredients:

Mutton                               1 kg
Coconut grated                1/2
Onions                                 6
Garlic flakes                      8-10
Dalchini sticks                  4-5
Mutton masala                6 tsp
Turmeric powder            1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves            1 tbsp
Oil                                       5 tbsp
Salt
How to make Mutton Sukha:
First clean the mutton and make pieces.
Apply mutton masala,turmeric powder and garam masala powder.
Keep aside for 1 hour.
Cut 2 onions into slices and 4 onions into small pieces.
In a pan take 1 tbsp. oil and fry onion slices until golden.
then add dalchini sticks and grated coconut and fry for 2-3 min.
Make paste in mixture with little water and apply to marinated mutton.
In a another pan take 4 tbsp oil and add crushed garlic flakes and fry it till golden.
Add chopped onions and fry till get brown.
Pour marinated mutton and mix well. fry on high flame for 2-3 min.
If water is necessary then add little water but not too much.
When mutton is ready add salt and again cook for some time.
Mutton should be dry.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Ready to eat with chapati or bhakri.

Masala prawns

Ingredients:

Big prawns 2 cups
Kashmiri mirchi powder 2 tsps
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
Ginger 2 inch
Garlic flakes 8-10
Rice flour 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tsp.
Salt
Oil to fry
How to make masala prawns:

First clean the prawns.
Make the paste of ginger and garlic.
Now apply this paste to prawns along with kashmiri mirchi powder,turmeric powder,salt and lemon juice.
Keep aside for 1 hour.
After 1 hour deep prawns one by one in rice flour and fry in oil.
Masala prawns is ready.

Egg biryani

Ingredients:

Eggs 6
Basmati rice 1/4 kg.
Onion 4
tomato 4
Kashmiri red chilly powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder 1 tbsp.
Salt
Oil 4 tbsp.
Tejpatta 4
Elaichi 4
Boiled water

for masala

Ginger 50 gm.
Garlic flakes 10
onion 2

How to make egg biryani:

Boil eggs.
Wash rice and keep aside to dry.
Make onion, ginger, garlic paste in mixture.
Cut onions and tomatoes in thin slices.
In a pan take 4 tbsp oil and fry tejpatta and elaichi.
Add onion slices and saute it till brown.
Now add tomatoes and fry till smashes.
Add kashmiri mirchi powder,turmeric powder,jeera powder,grind masala and salt.
Again fry till oil seperates on slow flame.
Now add rice and fry only for 2 min.
Give little cut to the eggs.
Add boiled water and eggs and allow to cook.
Garnish with fried onion rings.

Prawns Biryani

Ingredients:

Basmati rice                  3 cups
Prawns                           2 cups
Green peas                    1 cup
Onions                                 5
Tomatoes                          2-3
Ginger garlic paste        2 tbsp
Red chilly powder          2 tsp
Turmeric powder           1/2 tsp
Dhania jeera powder     2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice                     2 tsp
Tejpatta                                2
Cinnamon                           2
Cloves                                  2
Cardamom                          2
Coriander leaves           1 tbsp
Cashewnuts                     4-5
Oil                                    4 tbsp
Water                               6 cups
Salt

How to make Prawns Biryani:

Wash rice and keep aside.
Clean prawns and apply turmeric powder,salt and keep for some time.
Cut onions and tomatoes in thin slices.
In a pan heat the oil.
Put the khada masala (tejpatta, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom) and fry it till they release fragrance.
Now add onion slices and saute it till golden brown.
Add tomato slices and fry for 2-3 min.
When onion and tomato completely smash in oil then add ginger garlic paste.
Now add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, dhania jeera powder, garam masala powder and salt.
After 2-3 min. add basmati rice and fry.
Then add green peas and prawns.
Fry for 2-3 min and then add boil water and allow to cook on mid. flame.
Garnish with fried cashewnut and coriander leaves.

Non-veg Stuffed Karela

Ingredients:

Karelas 4

Prawns 1 cup

Onions 3

Ginger 1 inch.

Turmeric powder 1 tsp.

Tamarind 1 tsp.

Garlic 5 pods

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Cloves 6

Red chillies 4-5

Cinnamon 1 inch

Vinegar 4 tsp

Sugar

Oil

Salt

Carrots 2

French beans 10

Tomatoes 2

Potatoes 2

How to make non-veg stuffed karela:

Clean and wash prawns. Add salt and keep aside. Wash and scrape the all karelas. Boil with little salt. Remove the seeds and keep aside.

Now make the paste of chillies, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, 1 onion, cumin seeds,cinnamon, cloves and tamarind with vinegar. Add sugar and salt. Cut vegetables like carrots, French beans and potato into small pieces.In a pan heat oil. Add onions and tomatoes and fry it slightly brown. Add prawns and fry for 4-5 minutes on slow gas. Add cut vegetables and cook for another 4-5 minutes.then add ground masala . Cook for few minutes. Stuffing is ready.

Now stuff the karelas. And keep on very low flame with little oil till brown.

Green Chicken Lollypop

Ingredients:

Chicken lollypops             10-12
Palak (spinach) paste     2 bowls
Coriander leaves             1/2 cup
Green chillies                      2-3
Garlic cloves                        10
Ginger                                2 inch
Maida                                 1/2 cup
Corn flour                           1/2 cup
Salt
Oil

How to make Green Chicken Lollypop:

Grind ginger, garlic, green chilly,salt and coriander leaves.
And add in palak paste.
Take maida and corn flour and mix with little water and pour in above paste.
Put lollypops in this mixture for 1 hr and deep fry.

Sauce
For Green Chicken Lollypop

Ingredients:

Garlic                                           1 tsp (small pieces)
Ginger                                          1 tsp (small piece)
Green chillies                             4 (small pieces)
Palak paste                                 1 tsp
Maida                                            2 tsp
Butter                                            3 tsp
Water
Salt

How to make Sauce:

In a pan heat the butter. Except water and maida add all ingredients in Pan.
Mix well. After 2-3 min pour the mixture of maida and water.
Boil for 2-3 min deep the fried lollypops in this sauce and enjoy green chicken lollypop.
