Ingredients:
Moong dal 2 cups
Palak 1 small bunch
Onion 1
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Jeera powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt
For tadka:
Ghee 2 tbsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Kadipatta leaves 5-6
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
How to make Dal Palak:
Wash palak and chop it finely.
Soak dal for 30 min and cook it with turmeric dal till smash.
Chop onion finely.
In a pan heat oil and fry onions till golden brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for a min.
Add finely chopped palak leaves and fry on a low flame for 2-3 min.
Pour cooked dal with red chilly powder,jeera powder and salt.
Cook dal on low flame till dry.
In a small pan heat ghee and give tadka of cumin seeds, asafoetida and kadipatta.
Pour this tadka on dal.
Mix finely.
Lastly add lemon juice.
Dal palak is ready.

Ingredients:
Tur dal 2 cups
Palak leaves 1/2 cup
Methi leaves 1/4 cup
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Garlic cloves 2-3
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Kadipatta 1 string
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Sugar(optional) 1 tsp

How to make Palak Methi Dal:
Chop palak,methi,tomato,onion and coriander leaves finely.
In a pressure cooker cook dal with chopped palak,methi,coriander leaves,onion and tomato.
Give 4-5 whistles.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed and kadipatta.
Pour the dal mixture in a tadka.
Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,sugar and salt.
Cook for 4-5 min. on low flame.
Palak methi dal is ready.
Serve with hot rice.

Spinach 2 bunch
Potatoes 4-5
Green chilly 2-3
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Kasoori methi 1/4 tsp
Whole red chillies 4-5
Ginger 2″
Sugar 1 tsp
Ghee 1/2 cup

How to make Aaloo Palak:
Washed and chopped palak finely.
Boiled potatoes, peeled and chopped.
Heat the ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, whole red chillies .
Add the ginger, green chilly pieces and saute it till light brown.
Now add potato pieces and fry on high flame till brown.
Add chopped spinach,salt and sugar and mix well.
Allow to cook over high flame till the spinach is tender and excess water has dried.
Aloo Palak is ready.
Serve with roti or chapati.

Ingredients:
Sarson leafy vegetable 2 bundles
Palak 1 bundle
Onion 2
Ginger 1″
Garlic cloves 4
Green chillies 2-3
Tomatoes 2-3
Makki flour 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Methi seeds 5-6
Ghee
Salt
How to make Sarson Ka Saag:
Chop the sarson vegetable,palak, chillies and tomatoes and boil them in cooker for 10 min.
Cool and grind coarsely.
Add some makki ka aata and boil this without covering the pan until all the liquid dries up.
In another pan heat ghee and add red chilly powder,garam masala powder,,haldi ,methi seeds and mustard seeds.
Then add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and salt .
Fry well and add above saag.
Mix well and simmer for 2-3 min.
Sarson ka saag is ready.
Enjoy Sarson ka Saag with Makai ki Roti.

How to make Palak raita:
Chop palak finely.
Cut khajoor in small pieces.
Mix all ingredients finely.

Bread crums 1/2 cup
Chat masala 1/2 tsp

How to make Harabhara Kabab:
In a pressure cooker boil potatoes,green peas and palak.
Make fine paste of pudina,coriander leaves,green chillies and boiled palak.
Mash potatoes and green peas and add in green paste.
Now add chat masala,salt and lemon juice. mix well.
Make balls and press them little.dip in breadcrums and fry till golden.
Enjoy with tomato ketchup.

Palak leaves 8-10

Garlic flakes 2
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Green chillies 2
Oil 2 tbsps

How to make Palak Salad:
Clean and chop palak leaves.
Cut green chillies and crush garlic.
In a pan heat the oil. fry green chillies and garlic for 2 min.
Now add palak and fry in oil only for 1 min.remove from flame and allow it to cool.
In curd mix cumin powder, pepper powder and salt.
Now mix this mixture in palak and mix well.
Palak salad is ready.

Fresh palak puree (boiled) 2 cups

Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Oil 4 tbsp
Sugar
Paneer 100 gms
Lemon juice
How to make Palak Paneer:
Cut the paneer into pieces.
In a pan take 4 tbsp oil.Add cumin seeds and green chillies.
Add chopped onions and sauté till golden brown.
Add tomatoes and sauté till golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste.
Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder ,salt, sugar and water.
After 2-3 minutes add palak paste.
Lastly add lemon juice and paneer pieces.

Chicken lollypops 10-12
Palak (spinach) paste 2 bowls
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Green chillies 2-3
Garlic cloves 10
Ginger 2 inch
Maida 1/2 cup
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Salt
Oil
How to make Green Chicken Lollypop:
Grind ginger, garlic, green chilly,salt and coriander leaves.
And add in palak paste.
Take maida and corn flour and mix with little water and pour in above paste.
Put lollypops in this mixture for 1 hr and deep fry.
Sauce
For Green Chicken Lollypop
Ingredients:
Garlic 1 tsp (small pieces)
Ginger 1 tsp (small piece)
Green chillies 4 (small pieces)
Palak paste 1 tsp
Maida 2 tsp
Butter 3 tsp
Water
Salt
How to make Sauce:
In a pan heat the butter. Except water and maida add all ingredients in Pan.
Mix well. After 2-3 min pour the mixture of maida and water.
Boil for 2-3 min deep the fried lollypops in this sauce and enjoy green chicken lollypop.
