Fruit Custard Video

Ingredients :

Apple 1 chopped
Mango 1 chopped
Pomegranate 1 chopped
Banana 2 chopped
Milk 1 litre
Custard powder 3 tbsp
Sugar 1 cup

How to make Fruit Custard :

Boil 1 liter of milk.

In a cup add a little milk, custard powder & mix it well. Keep it aside.

Once the milk is boiled, add custard mix & continuously stir it.

Add enough sugar according to your taste & continue stir to avoid lumps.

Turn off the stove once it cooked, cool the mixture to the room temperature.

In a serving bowl fill the mixed fruit on top of it pour the cream custard.

Fruit Custard


Custard powder (Vanilla flavor) 40 gms
Milk 500 ml

You can choose any fruits except watermelon. Remove seeds if there any.

How to make Fruit Custard:

In a cup of warm milk add custard powder and mix well without any lumps.

Boil the milk.

Add sugar according to your taste.

Mix finely.

Add custard paste to the milk.

Stir continuously and cook until milk becomes thick.

Allow to cool and refrigerate.

It will become more thick when cooled.

Cut fruits.

In a bowl arrange fruit pieces and pour chilled custard paste.

Serve immediately.

Fruit and Kabuli Chana Salad


Kabuli chana 1 cup
Cucumber 1
Onion rings 1
Tomato 1
Orange 1
Lettuce 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 2 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
Crushed peppercorns 10-12


How to make Fruit and kabuli chana salad :

Soak chana for 6-8 hrs.

Cook in a pressure cooker upto 5 whistle.

After cool remove water and keep aside.

Chop cucumber,tomato and lettuce in cube shape.

Chop coriander leaves finely.

Peel orange and make 2 pieces of every segment.

Mix all ingredients except salt and crushed peppercorns.

Keep in a refrigerator to chill for 2 hrs.

While serving add salt and crushed peppercorns.

Fruit and kabuli chana salad is ready.


You may also add pineapple or apple pieces to salad.

Fruit Custard


Milk 500 ml
Vanilla custard powder 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 cup
Banana 6
Grapes 15-20
Apple 1
Orange 1
Strawberries 6-8
Pomegranate 1


How to make Fruit Custard:

In a bowl take custard powder and add milk.

Mix finely and cook on low flame.

Add sugar and cook mixture till thickens.

Keep aside and allow to cool.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Peel banana and cut into round shape.

Mix all the fruits in a bowl.

Pour the cold custard over the fruits.

Mix finely and serve.

Jackfruit curry


Raw jackfruit 500 gm
Tur dal 1/2 cup
Coconut 2 cups
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 5-6
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Bright red chilies 5-6
kokum 2
Oil 2 tsp


How to make jackfruit curry:

Soak dal in water for 10 min.

Clean the jackfruit and take edible portion.

Then cook dal and jackfruit with a turmeric powder and little oil.

Grind coconut and red chilies to a very smooth paste.

In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds and curry leaves.

Add dal and jackfruit.

Allow to boil then add coconut paste and salt.

Lastly add kokum and mix well.

Cook for 4-5 min.

Jackfruit curry is ready.

Serve hot with rice.

Veg Fruit Cake


Milkmaid 1 tin
Maida 250 gm
Baking soda 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Butter 125 gm
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Soft drink 1 cup
Dry fruit pieces 1 cup


How to make Veg Fruit Cake:

Sieve maida, soda, baking powder together.

Rub maida and butter finely.

Add milkmaid, and vanilla essence to the flour.

Mix well and Add the soft drink.

Rub little maida to the dry fruit pieces and add in above mixture.

Mix well.

Preheat the oven at 150 c for 8-10 minutes.

Pour the mixture in greased and dusted tin.

Put the tin in the oven and bake it at 150 c for 10 minutes.

After 10 min decrease the temperature at 100 c and bake for 5 min.

Allow to cool completely.

Veg fruit cake is ready.

Fruit Cake


Maida 150 gm
Sugar 100 gm
Butter 100 gm
Eggs 2
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Caramel 2 tbsp
Orange peel 50 gm
Cherries 50 gm
Tutty-fruity 50 gm
Cashew nuts 50 gm
Mixed spice 1/2 tsp
Rum 2 tbsp
Nescafe 1 tbsp
Lemon 1


How to make Fruit Cake:

Chop tuty fruity,cashew nuts,orange peel and cherries.

Soak them in rum,lime juice,mixed spice and salt for 8 hrs.

Sieve maida with baking powder and mix in the fruit.

Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy.

Beat egg and add mixture little by little in the flour.

Add all ingredients and mix well.

Put in a greased cake tin and bake it till dark brown at 150′ C,300 ‘ F for 60 min.

Fruit cake is ready.
