Ingredients:
Oranges 5-6
Maida 1 tbsp
Sugar 500 gms
Khoya 250 gms
Pure ghee 1 tbsp
Orange colour 1/4 tsp
Elaichi powder 1 tsp
Dry fruits
(optional) 2 tsp
How to make Santra Burfi:
Take good quality of oranges.
Peel the oranges and remove the seeds and skin.
Take only orange pulp and keep aside.
Heat ghee in a kadai and fry maida till golden brown on low flame and keep aside.
Grind khoya in a mixer for a minute.
In a kadai take khoya and sugar and cook on low flame for 2-3 min.
Add orange pulp and colour and mix finely.
Cook again 8-10 min. stirring continuously.
When mixture becomes sticky add maida and mix well.
Add elaichi powder and dry fruits pieces if you want.
Cook the mixture till ghee seperates.
Pour the mixture in a greassed plate and spread evenly.
Allow to cool and cut into small square shape.
Santra burfi is ready.

Ingredients:
Milk 500 ml
Vanilla custard powder 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 cup
Banana 6
Grapes 15-20
Apple 1
Orange 1
Strawberries 6-8
Pomegranate 1
How to make Fruit Custard:
In a bowl take custard powder and add milk.
Mix finely and cook on low flame.
Add sugar and cook mixture till thickens.
Keep aside and allow to cool.
Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Peel banana and cut into round shape.
Mix all the fruits in a bowl.
Pour the cold custard over the fruits.
Mix finely and serve.

Ingredients:
Raw jackfruit 500 gm
Tur dal 1/2 cup
Coconut 2 cups
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 5-6
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Bright red chilies 5-6

Oil 2 tsp
Salt
How to make jackfruit curry:
Soak dal in water for 10 min.
Clean the jackfruit and take edible portion.
Then cook dal and jackfruit with a turmeric powder and little oil.
Grind coconut and red chilies to a very smooth paste.
In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
Add dal and jackfruit.
Allow to boil then add coconut paste and salt.
Lastly add kokum and mix well.
Cook for 4-5 min.
Jackfruit curry is ready.
Serve hot with rice.

Potatoes 40 gms

Capsicum 40 gms
Carrots 40 gms
Cabbage 40 gms
Cluster beans 40 gms
Bottle gourd 40 gms

Paneer 150 gram
Tomato puree 1 cup
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder 2 tsp
Cashewnuts 6-8
Raisins 10-15
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Milk 1cup
Oil 6 tbsp
Salt
How to make Shahi Navaratan Kurma:
Boil all vegetables in a cooker.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown.
Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry till oil seperates.
Add turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt.
Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Now add tomato puree and Stir well and cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes.
Add dry fruits.
Add milk and Bring it to boil.
Reduce the heat and cook until the gravy becomes thick.
Add paneer and stir well.
Finally add boiled vegetables in above gravy and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
Shahi Navaratan kurma is ready.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chapati or roti.

Ingredients:
Milkmaid 1 tin
Maida 250 grams
Baking soda 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Butter 125 grams
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Soft drink 1 cup
Dry fruit pieces 1 cup
How to make Veg Fruit Cake:
Seive maida, soda, baking powder together.
Rub maida and butter finely.
Add milkmaid, and vanilla essence to the flour.
Mix well and Add the soft drink.
Rub little maida to the dry fruit pieces and add in above micture.
Mix well.
Preheat the over at 150 c for 8-10 minutes.
Pour the mixture in greased and dusted tin.
Put the tin in the oven and bake it at 150 c for 10 minutes.
After 10 min decrease the temperature at 100 c and bake for 5 min.
Allow to cool completely.
Veg fruit cake is ready.

Maida 140 gms
Sugar 100 gms
Fat 100 gms

Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Caramel 2 tbsp
Orange peel 50 gms
Cherries 50 gms
Tutty-fruity 50 gms
Cashewnuts 50 gms
Mixed spice 1/2 tsp
Rum 2 tbsp
Nescafe 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 lime
Salt
How to make Fruit Cake:
Chop tuty fruity,cashewnuts,orange peel and cherries.
Soak them in rum,lime juice,mixed spice and salt for 8 hrs.
Sieve maida with baking powder and mix in the fruit.
Beat fat and sugar till light and fluffy.
Beat egg and add to the mixture little by little in the flour.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Put in a greased cake tin and bake it till dark brown at 150′ C,300 ‘ F for 60 min.

Wheat flour 1 kg
Ghee 200 gm
Sugar (powder) 1 kg
Dry fruits(optional)
Elaichi powder 1 tsp
How to make methi laddu:
Fry methi seeds for 2-3 min on low flame without oil.
Make powder in a mixture.
In a pan heat ghee and fry wheat flour on a low flame till golden brown.
Remove from pan and allow to cool.
Add methi powder,sugar powder,chopped dry fruits and elaichi powder.
Mix well and make small small laddus.

How to make Fruit Salad:
Take 1/2 lt. milk in a vessel and smash 3 bananas in milk.
Add remaining milk in above mixture.
Add sugar.
Cut all fruits in small pieces.
crush cashewnuts.
Mix all fruits,saffron and cashewnuts in milk.
Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Enjoy cool fruits salad.
