Shahi Gobhi Muttar

Gobhi ( Cauliflower) 400 gms
Muttar 250 gms
Tomato 200 gms
Green chilly 2-3
Ginger 1″
Groundnut 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Hing 1/4 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Cream 1 tbsp

How to make Shahi Gobhi Muttar :

Boil muttar and gobhi in a cup of water on a low flame for 5 -7 min. with little salt .

In a grinder make a fine paste of tomato, green chilly, ginger, groundnuts, red chilly powder and coriander powder without water.

In a pan heat oil and add hing, turmeric powder and kasuri methi.

Now pour tomato paste and stir.

Cook masala on a low flame till oil separates.

Now add garam masala powder and mix well.

Add salt and cook for 2-3 min.

Now it’s time to add boiled gobhi and muttar.

Mix well.

Add cup of water and mix again.

Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 min.

Lastly add cream and mix well.

Shahi Gobhi muttar recipe is ready.

Serve hot with garnished coriander leaves.
