Peshawari Kadai Murgh Video

Ingredients :

Half Cooked Chicken 250 gms
Garlic cloves 4-5
Onion 2 tbsp
Red bell peppers 2 tbsp
Onion Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Makhani gravy 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Peshawari Kadai Murgh masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 tsp chopped
Butter 1 tsp
Rogan Josh Sauce 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Salt to taste

How to make Peshawari Kadai Murg :
Heat oil in a pan, add Garlic & sauté it until it turns brown colour.

Add Onion, Red bell peppers & Water to cook these vegetables.

Now add Onion tomato paste, Makhani gravy & sauté it for a few minutes.

Then add Chaat masala, Cumin powder, Chilli powder, Peshawari Kadai Murgh masala, Salt, Coriander leaves & sauté it for a few minutes.

Now its time to add half cooked chicken, Water & let it cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.

At the end add Butter & mix it well. Garnish it with Coriander leaves & Rogan Josh Sauce.
