Veg Chilly

Carrot 1
Onion 1
Capsicum 1
Garlic cloves 3-4
Green chilly 2-3
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chilly sauce 2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Green coriander 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp

How to make Veg chilly :

Chop vegetables finely.

In a glass of water dissolve corn flour.

In a wok heat oil.

Add chopped green chilly and fry on high flame.

After two three minutes add chopped garlic cloves and all chopped vegetables.

Fry on high flame for 2-3 minutes.

Now add soya sauce, chilly sauce and vinegar.

Mix finely.

Now on low flame add corn flour batter and mix finely.

Allow to cook on low flame till thick consistency.

Veg chilly is ready.

Serve hot with chopped green coriander leaves.
