Sabudana Thalipeeth

Sabudana 200 gm
Shingdana 50 gm
Potato large 4-5
Green chilly 6-8
Jeera 2 tsp
Oil to fry

How to make Sabudana Thalipeeth

Cook potato in a pressure cooker till 4-5 whistle.

Clean and wash sabudana.

Soak sabudana in a water for 4-5 hours.

Make shingdana powder.

Grind green chilly and jeera powder in a mixer.

Now in sabudana add boiled and smashed potato.

Mix finely.

Now add ground green chilly and jeera powder, shingdana powder and salt.

Mix finely and make balls.

Press each ball on a greased plastic paper and make thalipeeth.

Heat non stick tava and add one teaspoon oil.

Put the thalipeeth on tava and fry both the side using more oil.

Thalipeeth is ready.

Serve thalipeeth with sweet curd.
