Shengdana Usal

Ingredients

Shengdana 250 gm
Green chilly 3-4

Curry patta 4-5

Cumin seed 1 tsp

Grated coconut 1 cup

Green coriander leaves 1 cup

Oil 2 tsp

Sugar 1 tsp

Salt

How to make Shengdana Usal:

Soak shengdana in water for 4-5 hours.

Cook shengdana in pressure cooker with little water. (5 whistles)

Allow to cool.

In a pan heat oil and add curry patta.

Now add cumin seeds.

When cumin seeds started to splutter add chopped green chilly.

Now pour cooked shengdana.

Add grated coconut,sugar and finely chopped green coriander leaves.

Cook till dry.

Shengdana usal is ready.
