Shingdana Laddu

Shingdana 250 gm
Jaggery 250 gm
Ghee 2 tsp


How to make Shingdana Laddu:

Fry shingdana (ground nut) on low flame.

Allow to cool.

Remove all skin of shingdana.

Crush shingdana in a mixer.

Grate jaggery finely.

Mix crushed shingdana, jaggery and ghee.

Add more jaggery if you want.

Make small laddu.

Shingdana laddu is ready.
