Simla Mirch Masala

Ingredients:
| Simla mirch(capsicum) | 200 gm |
| Tomato small | 2 |
| Onion | 4 |
| Coconut | 1 cup |
| Red chilly powder | 1 tsp |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Garam masala powder | 1 tsp |
| Coriander leaves | 2 tsp |
| Sugar | 2 tsp |
| Malai | 2 tbsp |
| Oil | 4 tbsp |
| salt |
How to make Simla Mirch Masala:
Cut simla mirch in half.
Throw out seeds and cut into small sqaure shape.
Apply little salt and keep aside for 10 min.
In a pan take 1 tbsp oil and fry 2 onions till brown then add grated coconut and fry it till brown.
Allow to cool.
Make fine paste in mixture using water.
Now cut remaining onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
Wash capsicum finely.
Now in a kadai heat 3 tbsp oil.
Add chopped onion and fry till transparent.
Now add capsicum pieces.
Fry for 2-3 min.
Now add chopped tomato pieces.
Stir continuously.
Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt.
Add two cups of water and allow to cook.
Now add ground coconut paste.
Allow to boil.
Lastly add sugar and malai.
Simla mirch masala is ready.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
