Sabudana Laddu

Ingredients:
| Sabudana | 500 gm |
| Ground sugar | 500 gm |
| Ghee | 200 gm |
| Elaichi powder | 1 tsp |
How to make Sabudana Laddu:
In a kadai roast dry sabudana with spatula on a low flame for 2-3 min.
Keep aside and allow to cool.
Make Sabudana powder using mixer.
Now in a kadai take ghee.
Add sabudana powder in kadai and fry
for 4-5 min. on low flame.
Remove from the flame.
After 5 min.add sugar powder and elaichi powder in fried sabudana powder.
Mix well
Now make laddu.
Add more ghee if necessary.
