Baby Corn Masala

Ingredients:
| Baby Corns | 6-8 |
| Onion | 2-3 |
| Tomato | 1 |
| Ginger | 1″ |
| Garlic cloves | 4-5 |
| Red chilly powder | 2 tsp |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Green coriander leaves | 1 tbsp |
| Oil | |
| Salt |
How to make Baby Corn Masala :
Cut baby corns in a diamond shape.
Apply half tsp red chilly powder and little salt to baby cron pieces.
Boil in a pressure cooker (2 whistles).
Allow to cool.
Cut onions and fry till it turns golden colour.
Allow to cool and then make paste of onion with ginger and garlic.
Now chop tomato and coriander leaves finely.
In a kadai heat oil and fry ginger, garlic, onion paste for 2-3 min.
Add tomato pieces and mix finely.
Cover the pan and cook for 2 min.
Now add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Mix finely.
Add boiled baby corn pieces with boiled water.
Cover the pan and cook baby corns in a masala on a low flame.
Baby corn masala is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with
roti or chapati.
