Watermelon Lassi

Thick curd 2 cups
Watermelon pieces 2 cups
Sugar 2 tbsp
Red colour 1/8 tsp (optional)
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp (optional)


How to make Watermelon Lassi:

Remove the seeds of watermelon.

In a blender mix with curd,red colour and sugar.

Run the blender for 2-3 min.

Watermelon lassi is ready.

Keep in a refrigerator for 30 min.

Serve in a glass with garnishing crushed black pepper.

    I tried this recipe and loved it. It was so yummy that when i read this recipe my mouth starts watering. One thing i wanted to ask you is that your website is not working on my mobile. I have airtel sim card. Just lets me know whats the problem. And keep posting good recipes. Thanks. Bye.

    I want to know what is the masala which the watermelon sellers sprinkles on the watermelon pieces when we buy it from streets.
