Ingredients:
| Rava |

| kaju badam pieces |

How to make Rava Kheer:
Boil milk in a pan.
Heat ghee in another pan and add Rava.
Stir continuously.
When rava turn into light golden colour pour boil milk.
Cook it for 5 min on low flame.
Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves.
Lastly add elaichi powder and kaju badam pieces.
Rava kheer is ready.
Serve hot.

How to make Bangda Fish Curry:
Clean the pieces. apply salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
Keep aside for 30 min.
On hot tava fry urid dal for a min.
Then in a mixture take fresh coconut, onion,red mirchi powder,turmeric powder, urid dal,methi seeds,coriander seeds and black pepper.
Make fine paste using enough water.
In a pan heat oil and add coconut paste.
Now add kokum and salt.
Allow to boil mixture on mid. flame.
Lastly add fish pieces.
Bangda curry is ready.
Serve with hot rice.

How to make Cauliflower pakoda:
Make the florets of cauliflower and apply little salt and keep aside for 10 min.
In another pan take besan,red chilly powder, turmeric powder,jeera powder,soda and salt.
Make a thick batter using water.
Wash florets and dry it.
Coat each floret with the batter and deep fry.
Drain and place on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.

How to make Sprouted Sandwich:
In a pressure cooker boil potato and sprouted moong and matki.
Mash potato,moong and matki finely.
In a mixing bowl take potato mixture,chopped spring onions,green chutney, lemon juice and salt.
Again mash finely.
Spread butter over the slice then spread a thick layer of potato mixture.
Sprinkle pepper powder on it.
Put another sliced butter on it.
Serve fresh with tomato ketchup.

How to make Kadai Paneer:
Cut paneer and capsicum in long pieces.
Make fine paste of onion, tomato, ginger and salt.
Heat butter in a pan.
Add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon.
Then add ground paste,red chilly powder and orange colour.
Allow to cook on medium flame till oil separates.
Add paneer and capsicum pieces.
Cook again for 4-5 min on low flame.
When the capsicum are done remove from the flame.
Kadai paneer is ready.
Serve hot with naan or roti.

How to make Dahi Pohe:
Wash the pohe with water then soak with milk for 10 min.
Then add dahi,red chilly powder and salt .
Mix all together.
Dahi pohe is ready.

How to make Suran Ki Sabji:
Remove the skin of suran and cut into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, jeera and green chillies pieces.
Add pieces of suran and turmeric powder.
Mix well.
Now add kokum, salt and one cup of water.
Cover the pan and cook upto 8-10 min.
Lastly add grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
Suran ki sabji is ready.

How to make Garam Masala powder:
Dry roast all ingredients separately.
Powder the mixture and sieve finely.
Allow to cool and keep in air tight bottle.
