Chat Masala

Ingredients:
Red chillies 6-8
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Amchoor powder 1 tbsp
Black salt 1 tbsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Salt
How to make Chat Masala:
Roast cumin seeds,coriander seeds and red chillies for 2-3 min.
Mix all ingredients and grind in a mixer.
Chat masala is ready.
