Thick curd 500 gm
Powdered Sugar 250 gm
Saffron 5-6 sticks
Badam 4-5
Pistachios 4-5
Cardamom powder 2 tsp


How to make Shrikhand:

Pour fresh curd into a clean muslin cloth. tie and hang for 2 – 3 hours.

Take in a bowl and add sugar.

Beat till sugar mixed.

Add saffron,chopped badam ,pista and cardamom powder.

Mix well.

Shrikhand is ready.
