Ingredients:
Kaju 1 cup
Potato 2
Onion 3
Coconut 1/2
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt
How to make Kaju Curry:
Soak kaju in hot water for 15-20 min.
Peel potato and make pieces.
Grate coconut and chop onion.
In a kadai heat 1 tbsp oil and fry chopped 1 onion till brown.
Then add grated coconut and also fry it till golden.
Make fine paste in mixture with little water.
In another pan heat oil and fry onion till transperent.
Seperate each kaju and add in onion fry again.
Now add potato pieces,red chilly powder,garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Allow to cook for 5-6 min with 1 cup of water on low flame.
When potato is ready then add grind coconut.
Allow to boil.
Kaju curry is ready garnish with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
Kurmura 250 gm
Jaggery 250 gm
Elaichi powder 1 tsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
How to make Kurmura Chikki:
In a pan mix jaggery and water and put it to heat.
Stir continuously for 3-4 min.
In a small katori take little water and pour one drop of jaggery if drop harden immediately then pak ( jaggery juice) is ready.
Now add kurmura and elaichi powder and mix well.
Apply ghee to thali.
Now put it in greased thali.allow to cool.
Cut into pieces.

Ingredients:
Potatoes 4-5
Onion 3
Green chilly 2
Kadipatta 4-5
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powde 1/2 tsp
Hing 1/4 tsp
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt
How to make Batata bhaji:
Boil potatoes in pressure cooker.
Remove skin and make pieces.
Chop onion,green chilly and coriander leaves finely.
In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
When they crackle add kadipatta,green chilly and onion.
Fry onions on low flame till transperent then add hing,turmeric powder and salt.
Now add potato pieces and mix well.
Cover the pan and allow to cook on low flame foe 2-3 min.
Lastly add grated coconut and coriander leaves.
Enjoy batata bhaji with hot puris.

Ingredients:
Potato 250 gm

Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Tamarind pulp 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Pomegranate 1 cup
Masala peanuts 1 cup
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Pav (bun) 6
Amul butter 2 tbsp
Salt
How to make Dabeli:
First boil potato and mash it by adding red chilly powder,garam masala powder, turmeric powder,chat masala, tamarind pulp,sugar,asafoetida and salt.
Mix well and check the seasoning.
Chop onion and coriander leaves finely.
In a kadai heat butter and add potato mixture and add little water to cook for 4-5 min.
Remove from kadai.mix chopped onion,coriander leaves,masala peanuts and pomegranate.
Mix well and stuff in all buns.
In a pan heat amul butter and fry stuffed buns.
Dabeli is ready.

Methi 1 bunch
Besan 1 cup
Rice flour 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Dhania jeera powder 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Soda bi carb 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil
How to make Methi Pakoda:
Clean, wash and chop methi and coriander leaves.
Add ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,dhania jeera powder, salt, soda, besan and rice flour.
Mix finely and make pakoda batter by using enough water.
Fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Enjoy with any chutney or tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:
Alphonso mangoes 6
Milk 1/2 cup
Elaichi powder 1 tsp
Sugar
How to make aamras:
Soak alphonso mangoes in water for 1 hour.
After 1 hour press mangoes by fingers lightly.
Remove the tip and skin of mangoes.
Press and take out the pulp into a bowl.
With the help of milk take out all the remaining pulp of the seeds.
Mix both in the blender and blend till smooth.
Add sugar and elaichi powder.
Enjoy with hot puris.

Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt
Cheese
How to make Cheese Omlet:
In a bowl take 2 broken eggs, chopped onion, green chilly,coriander leaves,turmeric powder and salt.and beat finely.
In a pan heat butter and pour all the batter.
Cook on one side till done then turn it and cook the other side.
Grate cheese on the top of the omlet.cover the pan for a minute.
Serve hot with bread.

Kadipatta 4 leaves
Red chilly 1-2
Oil 1 tsp
Salt
How to make Coconut Chutney:
Grate coconut and add green chilly,ginger and salt.
Grind in a mixture to make a fine paste with little water.
In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds,broken red chilly and kadipatta and stir till the mustard seeds crackle.
Pour grind paste in the pan and mix well.
