Ingredients:
Corn kernel 1 cup
Potato 1
Kadak puri 4-5
cucumber 1/2
Onion 2
Tomato 1
Green chutney 1 tsp
Sweet chutney 1 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Sev 2 cups
Salt
How to make Corn Bhel:
Boil potato and corn kernel.
Cut boiled potato,cucumber,onion and tomato into fine pieces.
Crush kadak puri by hand.
In a mixing bowl take green chutney, , Sweet chutney,chat masala, Salt and all chopped ingredients . mix well. corn bhel is ready.
Garnish with coriander leaves and shev.

Ingredients:
Big cucumber 1/2 kg
Idli rawa 1/4 kg
Jaggery 1/4 kg
Ghee 2 tbsp
Chana dal 1/2 cup
Coconut pieces 1/2 cup
Jeera powder 1 tsp
Kaju 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Elaichi powder 1 tsp
Salt
How to make Dhondas:
Grate cucumber. remove seeds.take cucumber juice.
Soak chana dal in water for 30 min.
In a big pan take grated cucumber with juice and add soaked chana dal,coconut pieces,jeera powder,turmeric powder and salt.and keep to boil.
In another pan take ghee and fry rawa for 4-5 min on low flame. then pour boiled cucumber water.
Cook on low flame.then add grated jaggery and kaju.
Lastly add elaichi powder and mix well.
Keep on low flame for 10-15 min.
Dhondas should be cut by knief just like a cake.

Ingredients:
Fish pieces 5-6
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Green chillies 2
Slice bread 2
Breadcrums 3/4 cup
Egg 1
Lemon juice 2 tsp
coriander leaves
Oil
Salt
How to make Fish Cutlets:
Clean fish and apply turmeric powder,salt and lemon juice.keep aside for 10 min.
Slice bread soak in water and squeeze.
Boil fish in a pressure cooker and remove all bones.
Mash the fish by hands and add red chilly powder,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste,corn flour,green chilly pieces, soaked slice bread, coriander leaves and salt.
Mix well and make cutlets of any shape you like.
Beat egg in a bowl.
Dip cutlet in egg and roll them in bread crumbs.
Fry it in oil till brown and serve with green chutney.

Ingredients:
Basket puri 20
Peanuts 2 tbsp
Onions 2
Tomatoes 2
Green chutney 1/2 cup
Sweet chutney 3/4 cup
Chat masala 2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Shev 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Salt
How to make American Shevpuri:
Fry peanuts and crush it.
Chop onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
Mix onions,tomatoes,peanuts,salt,lemon juice, red chilly powder,chat masala, and salt.
Put the above mixture on the basket puri.
Put green chutney,sweet chutney on the above mixture.
Garnish with coriander leaves and shev.

Ingredients:
Eggs 2
Onion 3-4
Tomato 2
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt
How to make Egg bhurji:
Cut onions and tomatoes finely.and beat eggs in a katori.
In a pan heat oil add chopped onions.
Fry onions till light brown then add tomato pieces.
Fry tomato till mash then add ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt.
Now add beaten eggs and stir continuously.
Cover the pan and allow to cook for 2-3 min.
Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Egg bhurji is ready to eat with bread or roti.

Ingredients:
Leftover idlies 8
Capsicum 1/2 cup
Cabbage 1/2 cup
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Chilly sauce 2 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Ajinomoto 1/4 tsp
How to make Idli Chilly:
Cut idlies into thick slices.
Chop capsicum and cabbage into thin slices.
In a pan heat oil and add chopped ginger.
Then add capsicum and cabbage slices.
Fry for 1 min then add chilly sauce,soya sauce,tomato sauce and ajinomoto.
Make cornflour paste in a bowl with little water.
Add cornflour paste in it.
Now add idli pieces.mix well.
Idli chilly is ready.

Ingredients:
Rava 1 cup
Onion 2
Green chilly 2
Kaju 4-5
Kadipatta 4-5
Urad dal 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Salt
How to make Upit:
Boil the mixture of water and milk.
Cut the onion and green chilly.
In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and fry rawa for 4-5 min on the low flame.
Remove from the pan.
In the same pan again heat 1 tbsp oil add urad dal.when it turn brown add mustard seeds,kadipatta,green chilly and onion.
Then add rawa and mix well.pour boil water milk mixture.
Add kaju,turmeric powder and salt.
Cover the pan for some time.
Upit is ready. garnish with coconut and coriander leaves.
