Ingredients:
Potatoes 4
Green peas 1/4 kg
Palak bunch 1
Pudina bunch 1
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Green chilly 4-5
Bread crums 1/2 cup
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt
Oil
How to make Harabhara Kabab:
In a pressure cooker boil potatoes,green peas and palak.
Make fine paste of pudina,coriander leaves,green chillies and boiled palak.
Mash potatoes and green peas and add in green paste.
Now add chat masala,salt and lemon juice. mix well.
Make balls and press them little.dip in breadcrums and fry till golden.
Enjoy with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:
Tomato 2-3
Carrot 1
Cucumber 2 small
Onion 2
Curd 1 cup
Green chilly 2-3
Chat masala 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt
How to make Mix Salad:
Chop tomato,cucumber,onion,coriander leaves and green chilly.
Grate carrot.
Mix all vegetables in a bowl.
Add curd,chat masala,sugar and salt.
Mix well. salad is ready.

Ingredients:
Fresh cucumber 4
Onion 1
Rice flour 2 cups
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Dhania jeera powder 4 tsp
Til 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
How to make Cucumber onion dosa:
Cut onion and grate cucumber.
In a big bowl take rice flour and mix onion,cucumber,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,dhania jeera powder,chopped coriander leaves, til and salt.
Mix well.make smooth batter.
In a frying pan heat oil and spread the batter.
Cook for 2-3 min with lid.
After 2-3 min turn the dosa and cook another side.
Dosa is ready.
Enjoy with green chutney.

Ingredients:
Tomato 3
Potato 1
Onion 1 small
Oil 1 tsp
Tamarind pulp 1/2 tsp
Salt
For masala:
Coconut 1/2
Onion 1
Black pepper 4
Kashmiri red chilly 4
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
How to make Tomato Curry:
Grind masala ingredients with sufficient water.
Cut tomato and potato in slices.
Chop onion finely.
In a pan heat oil and fry onion till brown.
Now add tomato and potato slices.
Fry for 2-3 min.then add half grind masala and salt.allow to cook.
Lastly add remaining grind masala and tamarind pulp.
Boil for some time. tomato curry is ready.

Ingredients:
American corn kernels 2 cups
Milk 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Ghee 1 tbsp
Kaju kismis
Elaichi powder
How to make Makai Sheera:
In a mixture grind corn kernels without water.
Boil the mixture of milk and water.
In a pan take ghee and fry grind corn kernels on low flame till light brown.
Pour the mixture of milk and water.stir continuously.
Add sugar, elaichi powder,kaju and kismis.mix well.
Serve hot.

Ingredients:
Eggs 2
Boiled eggs 4
Onion 4
Tomato 2
Grated coconut 1/2
Red chilly powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil 1 tbsp
How to make Egg curry:
Cut 2 onions in slices and fry in oil till golden.then add grated coconut and also fry it till golden.
Grind the above masala in mixture with sufficient water.
Now cut remaining 2 onions and tomatoes into fine pieces.
Remove the skin of boiled eggs and give small cut to eggs.keep aside.
In a pan heat oil then add chopped onion and fry it till transperent.
Then add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and salt.
Add tomato pieces and again fry for 2-3 min.
Add ground masala and mix well.
When it starts boiling break 2 eggs in a pan.do not stir.
Keep on low flame for 3-4 min.
Lastly add boiled eggs and allow to boil again.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
Green peas 1/2 kg
Potatoes 4
Tomatoes 2-3
Onions 4
Ginger 2 inch
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Tejpatta 2
Elaichi 2
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt
How to make aalu matar:
Cut potatoes and peel green peas. cook in pressure cooker. give 2 whistles.
Grind ginger,garlic and one onion.
Cut 3 onions and tomatoes in slices.
In a pan heat oil. add tejpatta and elaichi.
Then add onion slices and fry till brown.
Add tomato slices and again fry till tomato mash.
Now add red chilly powder, turmeric powder,jeera powder,garam masala powder and salt. fry one min.
Now add grind masala and fry on low flame till oil seperates.
Lastly add cooked potato and green peas.
Boil for 4-5 min.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

French beans 50 gms
Green peas 100 gms
Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 cup
corn flour 1 tbsp
Rava 1 cup
Salt
Oil
How to make Veg Cutlets:
Boil potatoes and green peas in a pressure cooker.
Cut french beans and carrots finely.
Mash potatoes and green peas.
Mix all vegetables with red chilly powder,turmeric powder,chat masala,coriander leaves,salt and corn flour.
Mix well and make shape as you want.
Dip in rawa both side and fry in little oil.
Veg cutlet is ready. serve with tomato ketchup.
