Egg curry

Eggs 2
Boiled eggs 4
Onion 4
Tomato 2
Grated coconut 1/2
Red chilly powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp


How to make Egg curry:

Cut 2 onions in slices and fry in oil till golden.then add grated coconut and also fry it till golden.

Grind the above masala in mixture with sufficient water.

Now cut remaining 2 onions and tomatoes into fine pieces.

Remove the skin of boiled eggs and give small cut to eggs.keep aside.

In a pan heat oil then add chopped onion and fry it till transparent.

Then add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and salt.

Add tomato pieces and again fry for 2-3 min.

Add ground masala and mix well.

When it starts boiling break 2 eggs in a not stir.

Keep on low flame for 3-4 min.

Lastly add boiled eggs and allow to boil again.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
