Jeera Puri

Ingredients:

Maida 1/4 kg
Jeera 1 tbsp
Oil
Salt

 

How to make Jeera Puri:

First sieve maida.

Heat 1 tbsp oil and pour into maida.

Add jeera and salt and make dough as usual.

Keep aside for 20 min.

Make puris and press them with nails.

Fry puris until they get golden.

Delicious
