Masala:

How to make Shukto:
Cut vegetables and fry in oil separately and keep aside.
Make fine paste of masala in mixture with little water.
In a pan heat oil and add all tempering ingredients.
Then add fried vegetables. (except peas and karela)
Now add ground masala,haldi,salt and water.
Allow to boil.then add peas and karela.
Cover the pan.and allow to cook.
When potato, sweet potato and kela cooked,mash lightly with the back of a spoon. (for thick gravy)
Lastly add sugar and ghee.
Remove from the gas.
Shukto is ready.you can eat with hot rice.

How to make Buttermilk Kadhi:
First take 1 cup buttermilk in a bowl and add besan.mix well.
In a pan take ghee.add crushed garlic cloves and fry till golden. now add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
Then add kadipatta and green chillies pieces.
Pour besan and buttermilk mixture.
Add remaining buttermilk, turmeric powder, sugar and salt.
Keep on low flame. stir continuously.
When kadi start to boil remove from the gas.
Add coriander leaves and mix well.

How to make Jeera Puri:
First sieve maida.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and pour into maida.
Add jeera and salt and make dough as usual.
Keep aside for 20 min.
Make puris and press them with nails.
Fry puris until they get golden.

How to make Bread Omelet:
Beat eggs in a bowl and add turmeric powder,pepper powder and salt.
Mix well.and keep aside.
In a dish take some portion of egg batter.
Heat oil in a pan. deep one slice of bread in egg batter both side and fry like a omelet.
Make all slices one by one.
Bread omelet is ready.
Enjoy with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:

| Green coriander leaves |
1 tbsp |
| Oil |

| Salt |

How to make Dahivada:
Soak urad dal in water for at least 4 hours.
Then grind in mixture along with kadipatta and green chillies.
Add rice flour and salt. mix well.
Batter must be thick.
Take warm water with salt and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and fry vade on low flame till they get brown.
Pour this vade in warm water and allow to soak for 4-5 min.
Remove from the water and press between two palm.
Add sugar in curd and mix well.
Serve vade in dish with curd.
Sprinkle garam masala powder on the top.
Dahivada is ready to eat.
Serve with garnishing chopped green coriander leaves.

How to make Pavachi bhaji:
Make small pieces of pav.
Chopped onions and green chillies.
In a pan take oil and fry mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
Add chopped green chillies and onions.
Fry for some time.add to this turmeric powder and salt.
Now add pieces of pav and mix well.
Cover the pan for some min.
Add grated coconut,sugar and chopped coriander leaves.
Again mix well and cover the pan for 2 min.
Remove from the gas.

| Soda bicarbonate |
1 tsp |
| Warm water |
1 &1/4 cup |
| Oil |
1 tbsp |
| Salt |

For tempering:
| Oil |
1 tbsp |
| Mustard seeds |
2 tsp |
| Coriander leaves |

How to make Dhokla:
In a bowl take besan and turmeric powder.
Add warm water and curd and mix well to avoid lumps.
Set it aside to ferment for 4-5 hours.
Now add lemon juice,salt,oil and soda.
Mix well and bake in greased vessel for 12-15 min.
Allow to cool and cut into pieces.
In a pan take oil. add mustard seeds and fry until they start to pop.
Pour this on baked dhokla.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

How to make Plain dosa:
Wash rice,urad dal and methi seeds and soak in a water for at least 4 hours.
Grind to a smooth paste with a water.and keep aside for atleast 4-5 hours.
Add salt and mix well.
Heat a non-stick tava and grease with butter or oil. when hot, sprinkle a little salt water.
Pour 2 tbsp of batter and spread clockwise and cook on one side.
Pour a little butter or oil along the edges while cooking.
When crispy fold and remove from the tava.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup.
